I had the incredible opportunity to teach English to monks in Buddhist monasteries in Nepal, nestled in the breathtaking Himalayas.
Living alongside the monks, I fully immersed myself in their way of life – it truly felt like one big family. From playing hangman with the children to sharing dinners with the elder monks, every moment was filled with connection and warmth.
This was a deeply memorable and life-changing experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone considering it. I’m already dreaming of returning to do it all over again.
