My experience at the Sloth and Wildlife Rescue Center in Costa Rica was amazing, and I’m super grateful for the opportunity. Those animals helped me climb out of a hole I’d been stuck in for many years. Caring for them, watching their small victories, and just being in their presence reminded me of the resilience we all have inside us.
So thank you, not just for the opportunity, but for the space to grow, and reconnect with something bigger than myself.
